To access the property from Brussels Airport: train to Brussels South Station, tram 81 Montgomery to Janson Tram Stop. Jam Hotel is a 5-minute walk away.

The restaurant is open : - Monday from 07am to 11am
- From Tuesday to Friday open from 07 am to 10:30 pm
- Saturday from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm & from 05:00 pm to 10:30 pm
- Sunday from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm

Please note that the swimming pool is shallow and is just for sitting in.
